Breaking news! Panda 3.0 and the death of iFrames

This is a very quick blog update to keep all of our clients up to speed with the latest developments with the Panda 3.0 roll out.

Panda 3.0 has been labelled as an anti-spam driven roll out and we're seeing signs that this is true.

Due to the unique size of our client base we're able to see trends fast and one that we have picked up on over the last few days is iFramed content. Google are seeing iFrames as potential spam for 3 reasons:

1. You, the webmaster has no control over its content.
2. Google cannot see what's in an iFrame.
3. It could be classed as duplicate content.

We've seen the main reason for iFrames is to display a Twitter, Facebook or Trustpilot feed on home page.

So, get removing those iFrames people!
